Charles Dixon's Quest

One of the most prestigious events in the United States is the Arnold Classic, an annual multi sport event consisting of professional bodybuilding, the Arnold Strongman, fitness, figure and bikini weekend expo. Originally  established in 1989, the event is named after Arnold Schwarzenegger and competes directly with the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competition. While the Arnold Classic is a very difficult and extremely competitive event, its attracted many of the clients trained by Team Hodge. One of the most rewarding experiences for Team Hodge is seeing the client set goals and excel. Charles Dixon has done just that, he has been a client that not only sets a standard for himself but never settles for less than he knows he is capable of achieving. Charles has competed for a number of years on the national stage and has a lot to offer to those that may have just the slightest interest in competing at the Arnold Classic or any other national bodybuilding competition. The Romanian Challenge

Monique is a coach that has been able to experience both sides of the stage as both a competitor and a judge. She specializes in prep coaching, top level posing coach, and serves as an NPC National Judge. Most recently, in December 2018, she competed in Romania in the Women’s class and came home with the trophy and overall win.

Monique has been competing since the age of 16 and has been involved in the fitness industry since 2001. In 2008, Jones competed in her first bodybuilding competition at the South Carolina State show in Columbia, South Carolina, where she won the overall in women's bodybuilding. At the national realm, she placed 2nd or 3rd for her first three national showings. After placing first in the 2010 IFBB North American Championships, she won her IFBB Pro Card.
